Perfect. This is a great little company, family owned, responsive, and they know what they're doing. There's no run around. We just had some work done and I know if they had replaced the pump I never would have known I didn't need a new pump, which I thought I did. Brian came out, checked the system out and was honest and told me I did not need a new pump and didn't want to replace it. How many companies would do that? A year or so ago Brian, the owner, found a very inexpensive fix for the unit freezing up where another company wanted to replace the unit which would have cost thousands. It cost us less than $25.00. Great company. I highly recommend them. Pam runs the office and she is responsive, knowledgeable and very helpful. It's all good!

Valley Air furnished written estimate for $1,470 plus 6.35% tax which I accepted assuming the job would involve substantial rewiring and that final bill would be for



|time, materials, G&A costs + a reasonable profit.  Invoice was same as estimate. A subsequent telephone inquiry stated that their final invoice was the same as the estimate.

Valley had excellent response time and were courteous.  However I found the price quote for a replacement to be unreasonablty high.  I looked online and saw many discussions regarding price, all generally in the $2,000 to $5,000 range.

They are great; fine. I have a maintenance contract with them for our new gas furnace and air conditioning system. They are very responsive and, basically, I can always reach them. It is a family-owned company and is pretty good.

Great experience.  Mark came out and gave a very thorough inspection of my house & ducts, and provided a clear and detailed proposal on exactly what he recommended along with scope of work.  They were not the lowest cost option  but felt most comfortable with them for the job and decided to go ahead with them.  Within a week ( my old furnace was dying) they had town approvals and were already installing the new furnace and AC unit.  On the day of the job the site leader very clearly explained all work to me before it was performed and asked for confirmation on many activities to insure it was being done as I wanted.  At the end of the day they did a great job cleaning up as if they had never been there, except with a new furnace in place.
