Description of Work: Pam helped me out of a technical nightmare. I had a proposal to deliver when hurricane Irene came along. After getting power back, my laptop would not boot. Pam ran diagnoostics and loaned me a laptop to use in the meantime.

 + -1 moreWent great. Very honest, very reasonable, very knowledgeable. I've found my computer repair firm.
Description of Work: First, the computer would not boot up despite restarts and so on. They found and removed a virus and then, when it worked at their location but not at the house, helped us to fix the problem at home at no extra charge. Then, a couple of weeks later, when I called them about a printer problem, they did research and told me it wasn't worth fixing. Imagine.
