Excellent! Doug was very professional and a very nice man, service was top quality, punctual in spite of bad weather, a pleasure to deal with!

Doug was extremely professional and personable. While my call was not an emergency, Doug re-arranged his schedule to ensure he got to me as quickly as he could. He drilled out he broken latch, put on the new door knob that I had purchased and re-keyed the lock to match the rest of the locks in the house. I asked if he had time to look at another pesky door knob and he graciously obliged. He recommended I change it out and I asked if he had the time and the parts with him to handle the job. He did, he was extremely efficient and had the knob replaced and re-keyed in less than 15 minutes. I would highly recommend Doug and whenever I need locksmith services in the future, Doug will be my first call.

Came out the day after calling them, did a fast, efficient and expert job re-keying all the doors, plus he fixed my pocket door that wouldn't open! Fantastic service, really nice people. Would definitely use them again.

Overall we are very pleased with the work performed and with Doug Watson.

We were extremely impressed with the service we received from Lock, Stock and Barrel. We contacted Doug to assist with re-keying our newly-purchased home. He re-keyed three exterior locks and two interior locks, as well as suggested that we create a "contractor" key in case we needed to have workers in and out of the house. He also suggested and installed a "pin lock" mechanism for our sliding door. We greatly appreciated Doug's general know-how and professionalism, and we would definitely use his services again.

Their service was excellent. They were very efficient. They made sure that every lock was working before they left. They left locks in a better condition than it was. They are going to come back to do another job soon.

They were completely professional. He gave me all the options that I wanted to key the lock either this way or that way. He was able to break the locking system into three separate zones which was what I needed. There were 4 doors that had to be locked in 3 different configurations. Basically in this old rambling building we wanted to separate out a couple of different pieces of it so that we could rent it out as different business units or suites. It was done in such a way where if you were a massage therapist and you owned your own suite you could lock the door between your section and everyone else's section so that you could have your own private little suite over there. If the light company needed to get into one section of the building to look at the meters they could open up the door over here and not any other door. These keys needed to be able to open up everything. He is absolutely phenomenal to deal with and he has been back. He is coming back again for the barn. We have had him out a couple of times for small jobs. He has been very helpful.
