Bob, the owner, responded to my call quickly and with courtesy.   We discussed my needs after which he provided an estimate over the phone.   My dryer vent situation is no cake walk..  The dryer is on the second floor so the vent extends into the wall makes a 90 degree turn upward into the attic then makes another ninety degree turn in the attic until reaching the outside.  He and his technician were neat and careful cleaning the entire vent from both the outside and inside.  We discovered that the outside vent cover was not working properly which he replaced for a very reasonable charge.  The price of the entire charge was more that the approximate cost of service absolutely reasonable and worthwhile.  Additionally he and his technician were friendly and personable.  I will use him again.  There aren't many choices of providers that specialize in this area and he demonstrated an expertise that I really appreciate.
