The experience was fantastic. He just finished up the work. His goal was to finish by new year's eve, and he stuck to that. He oversaw all of the aspects of the modular house that we completely redesigned. He took the shell of the house, and redid everything start to finish. They did a lot of custom work. They did a lot of custom fabrication on the two way protocol, and he did a round stair. The subs that he brought in to do the HVAC system are here now putting in a water softener. Given the disaster that we were facing, he really helped out, and he came through. His pricing was really fair. I couldn't say anything more positive for this top notch, honorable person who delivered. He was part of the demolition as well. He excavated the site, and he brought in somebody who did the foundation as well. I would highly recommend him, and pass the word around that he is A+ and it is a very honest, and trustworthy company to work with. The price was very fair given the fact that they did a lot of custom work. Their responsiveness was amazing. He went as far to knowing that my fiance could not get out in time, and he never once brought up that it was not part of the contract. He came to our house, and plowed the driveway, to make sure the delivery of appliances was done, and it had nothing to do with him. His crew and everybody were real people. They answered any questions, and there wasn't any on your own kind of a thing.
