Reale cleaning services

Did not go well at all!! After they were finished upstairs I went to check it out, I had dust bunnies on my shelves, dust all over the backs of the TV'S cob webs in the corners of the high ceilings and wall, shower was not washed inside from top to bottom only half way up, didn't wipe down the lighting fixtures or fans, did not polish the furniture as stated in the ad. Didn't wipe down baseboards as promised. They asked for all my own cleaning supplies only came with a vacuum, mop and bucket. I stated my concern and her response to me was oh ok we will come back, and asked for supplies I said it doesn't state I need to supply my own and she had nothing to say. she told me she did polish the furniture upstairs and I said no, it definitely was not and then she asked for pledge! I went to call the number on the offer print out and her phone lit up... she didn't answer so I went into the room they were in and asked who owns the company, she had the nerve to say she didn't know and to call Angies List, I said that's funny I called and your phone lit up. I then asked them to please leave and come back another time when they were prepared and willing to do everything that she STATED they did on the deal details.

I should've utilized this service once we moved in, but they did a good job.

They did a great job. They were very responsive and cleaned the house very well.

Regina and Alessandra did a great job. They vacuumed and dusted all the rooms and cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen all within two hours. They brought their own equipment and I provided the cleaning supplies and dust cloths. Before they left they washed and dried the cloths they had used. Professional and pleasant to work with. Will hire again.

Staff was great. They did a wonderful job. It was so nice to come home to s clean house.

It did not get done as advertised. They did not sweep under the beds or mop the floors or stairs or clean out the refrigerator. They also used my cleaning supplies to perform their work. when I told them the work was not done as promised, they denied what I said and said that it was too far for them to come back to fix the problems as they are not usually in the area. They did superficial work, not as they advertised.

The two women were extremely professional, thorough and personable. They left our home as clean as it's probably ever been. Would hire them again in a heartbeat!

It went timely, smoothly and professionally.

It was great! Tthey cleaned bathroom, kitchen, living room, vacuumed the whole house - even got the cat hair off the throw over the couch! I asked them to do the items in my curio cabinet and some decorative items on shelves in the kitchen - all were washed and left on the kitchen table as I asked. I expect them to be "regulars"!

Great. The ladies did a wonderful job and even The Hubs was surprised when one of the women crawled behind the bed to clean.

I was shocked at how quickly they got the bathrooms genuinely clean. I had moved all the unnecessary items out of the kitchen before their arrival to maximize their time. I believe that they did the best possible job in the time that they were given by the purchase of the coupon. In fact, I have hired them to come back weekly and cannot wait to see what they can do by being in the house on a regular basis. Below I have chosen not to indicate my home address.

They were very pleasant and hard workers. They pay attention to detail and know how to clean. I am very picky on how thorough cleaners are and these two even exceeded my expectations. Higher price than my current person but well worth it.

Routine oriented and gives work a special touch. The laundry and linens are done very nicely and beds are made immaculately. Floors, bathrooms, kitchen, living room dining room, the house is 1900 sq. ft and we feel her rate is fair. I highly recommend this business.

Regina has helped me for about 10 years and cleaned our home weekly and done a great job.  She has a terrific work ethic and a very enjoyable personality.  She takes instruction very well and we were very grateful that she helped make our lives cleaner and better for all these years!   We miss her a lot now that we've moved to North Carolina and are trying to get her to move here too!!

They did an excellent job. It was very clean and they were hard workers.

Regina has cleaned our office for about ten years now. She has always been available and we walk in every Monday to a wonderful cleaned area. We will continue to use Regina for the years to come.
