day.
Pat was on site every day and worked with his crew to complete the job.
His crew did find wood damage we had not been aware. The caulking on the house was done poorly and had caused water damage around some windows. I also had fascia under a gutter that had to be replaced and two other fascia boards that were bad. The house needed trim paint more than we realized. Pat assessed all the damage and then quoted me for the light carpentry and patching. we came to agree on $1000 for all the addition work which I felt was fair and his crew did an excellent job to remediate all the damaged wood.
Highly recommended.
