Huntington Home Inspection

On the day of the inspection it went well. Everything was explained and gone through well. Some weeks later, after purchase, I noted some settling of the home which may be related to a structural issue in a support post. This hasn't been proven yet, but I thought the sagging of the home was visually detectable and should have been noted in the inspection. Settling of the fireplace brick was noted in his inspection, for example, so why not settling or sagging of a header over the garage? I asked Brian to reinspect. When he arrived he quickly became defensive and confrontational. He didn't seem interesting in my concerns at all. His behavior seemed to me to be unprofessional. I would not hire him again or recommend him because of that.

Brian handled the wires to my air conditioner causing a short. We thus had to replace the transformer because of his lack of knowledge. Repair man said Brian besides not be qualified to do what he did should have not touched the compromised wires which caused the short. Brian handled the wires causing the short and when confronted about it started yelling and cursing to try to intimate. I would be very careful letting this person in my home never mind to do a job for me.

Very professional. Walked through the home with me and explained any questions I had and was very thorough. Email the results of the inspection the same day.

Brian was great to deal with very proffesional and does a great job. we have been lookinf for two years for a house and have had multiple inspections brian bye far the best job done. brian is also a people person spending the time to show my wife shutoffs for gas water etc something i would not even thought of.
inspection lasted almost 4 hours and brian went over every detail with us.
we even had the report the same day.
would reccomend to anyone
