This father and son team did an amazing job!  We began this project by interviewing multiple contractors.  Len and Lenny were a pleasure to speak with from the beginning, low key, but great listeners. From the very beginning they were terrific at assessing what we really wanted and needed and offered creative solutions that we never would have thought of.  Their estimate was very reasonable and sent quickly.
During the entire process, communication was regular and prompt (email and cell phones), always quickly addressing questions that would arise.  It was clear that during off hours they were helping me to search for the best choices to meet our needs and readily pointing out options for achieving our goals with the remodels. Our home was respected, work cleaned up daily, carpets and floors protected, barriers erected when appropriate, but with great attention to not displacing us more than was necessary. They took care of all permits, scheduling inspections, and their subcontractors were prompt, skilled, and got the jobs done!  Len and Lenny always showed up EXACTLY when they said they would!!
One bathroom included a tub/shower combination with frameless glass doors, large double sink vanity and a beautiful linen closet that they designed and built.  The other bathroom was smaller, but is a full bathroom including a frameless neo-angle shower/  Both bathrooms were totally gutted and redone.  We have consistent very dark hewn wood trim throughout our house, which they were wonderful at making sure was either retained or similarly replaced when rebuilding each room.  When working with the tile we had chosen, they meticulously paid attention to the placement of each tile relative to the spacing, fixtures to be installed later, symmetry, and comfort. And added additional accents beautifully.  Because both are engineers, their problem solving, aesthetics and space managements skills are just wonderful.
Even the several outside vendors we worked with made comments to us about how terrific the DelVechhios were to speak with:  "respectful", "prompt", "gracious", these are all words that were used to describe their interactions with both Len and Lenny.
