From the receptionist to the vet techs to the doctor, we loved everyone involved in this visit and will absolutely be bringing our cats there from now on. Everyone was very friendly to us, and most importantly to our kitty (and not in that overly physical/gruff way that vets can sometimes have with your pets). It was great having everything explained thoroughly including all of the possible steps we can take to get him well again, the price quote before any services were performed, and the recommendations for what we really needed to do right away on the list of possible treatments, which we trusted 100%. They all seemed to genuinely care about his well-being. My husband told the vet that she was better than our doctor. This is actually true.

The ladies in the front office were just terrific. Our long time vet retired and I stopped to inquire about Countryside. They had answers to all my questions and were very professional. They asked Dr. Jeff to come meet me. He seems like a great guy. They said if I choose to use Countryside they will have all files sent from our previous vet. We will definitely go there.

Country Side Veterinary Clinic are a new vet for us. They were able to take us in the same day for an emergency situation. One of the vets we were dealing with there was extremely caring and compassionate to our situation. They were very responsive, very fairly priced, and followed up on the care of the pet that we brought there with phone calls. They even called on a Saturday Night.

Dr. Jim Micinillio is fantastic! He is very friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and answers all my questions. The care my pets get from him is top-notch. Most of the reception staff is also top-notch. I like him for my dogs and cats and Dr Hinsley also was fantastic when I had a cat emergency. I prefer these vets over the other vets at Countryside. Dr. Jim always returns my phone calls and makes sure that all my questions are answered completely. Highly recommend Dr. Micinillio! Jen in reception and vet tech Stacy are both top-notch, as well!

Countryside is professional and the 2 visits I had were positive. The Dr was caring, personable, and my pup was not nervous at all. I had a reservation and did not have to wait very long in the waiting room. Their prices seem in line with vets in the area, and there was no hard or play on emotions to purchase things I did not need for the pup.

I have never been disappointed by the quality of care we have received at Countryside!

It always goes well with this group. They are all very professional and knowledgeable. They took care of our Labrador from puppyhood to when she passed away. That Lab had a lot of health issues and surgeries that all the doctors there did super jobs on. One time Dr. Micinilio actually performed emergency surgery to stop internal bleeding at night and then when she was stable, drove her in his car to an all night ER clinic for 24 hour nursing care. No small feat as she was over 90 lbs. They are true animal lovers and have taken care of our dogs, guinea pigs and even our turtle.
