The sales rep gave me a long list of driveways in my area that I could check out and several of my neighbors have used them in the past so I was confident that they would do a good job.
I have a nice new driveway, but if I ever have to deal with another paving company (or any contractor), I'll make sure I end up with a company that truly appreciates my business. Drinking on the job, littering the customer's yard, hiding the debris in the yard, poor communication and not responding to requests for a receipt are unprofessional. I rate them a C overall because I'm satisfied with the finished product so far and some of the crew were helpfully accommodating.... but if you choose this company, be sure to be at home whenever they're working to ensure the job is done to your specifications and they take everything they rip out with them, since that's in the contract. Professionalism rates them a D.
