We cannot say enough good things about Jack. As first time home buyers, we were very thankful for the invaluable assistance and insight he gave us during our home buying experience. He arranged visits to multiple homes in the area which meet our needs and helped us understand what was "normal" in the market. As we examined each of the properties, we helped identify issues and assets for each. Throughout the process he was able to clearly describe the process and what we should expect.
When we finally selected a house, he helped us through the offer and negotiations and arrived at a great price for the home we selected. He arranged for all of the inspections, attorneys, appraisals and other related work and arranged a swift close date for us.
His experience and knowledge of the market coupled with his personal attention and availability made our home buying an easy and pleasurable experience.
