 + 0 moreI dealt with the Haynes location in Deep River CT. They had the stone I was looking for and delivered it promptly. However, the driver of the dump truck did not dump the stone as desired. Instead of gradually letting in drop from the truck so as to spread it evenly over the space to be covered, he dumped it in concentrated areas, necessitating a good deal of hand raking and spreading. To Haynes credit, however, when I brought this to the on site manager's attention, he made a very substantial reduction in the price of the stone. Accordingly, I feel that despite the spreading problem, this company is very customer oriented and made a strong effort to compensate for the problem.
Description of Work: Delivered load of 3/4 inch stone to my home.
