"THIS REVIEW IS NOT LEGITIMATE !!! The church that this reviewer refers to in her review is a regular customer of mine since 2008 and I have no idea who this woman who wrote the review is. I assume maybe she works in the preschool or food bank but, as she states, she is "not in a leadership position" and quite frankly, HAS NO IDEA WHAT SHE IS TALKING ABOUT. I was not hired to "upgrade the heating". I was hired to replace rotted and leaking condensate pipes. I am an unlimited plumbing and piping contractor, not a heating contractor. The issues with the heat in the rooms in the basement of this church have been an ongoing problem that church officials are well aware of. Apparently a couple of boilers were replaced by another company (NOT ME) and to my knowledge, were under service contract with that other company. I have done work for this church, as I previously stated, since 2008 and I have continued to do work for them since the job in this review (most recently, just a couple of weeks ago) and have never had any complaints from church officials, including the Reverend. THIS REVIEW HURTS MY BUSINESS AND MY REPUTATION AND ANGIE's LIST SHOULD VERIFY WITH CONTRACTORS THAT THE PERSON WRITING THE REVIEW ACTUALLY HIRED OR DEALT WITH THE CONTRACTOR BEFORE THEY ARE ALLOWED TO OPINE. I am not happy that this review has been posted on this site since March and I just discovered it. I have thousands of satisfied customers and would gladly provide references to anyone who requests them. I am a licensed and insured plumbing contractor with 20 years experience in my trade. I established my own business in 2006 and have succeeded because I am prompt, honest, knowledgable in my trade and my pricing is fair. I service all of Fairfield and New Haven Counties.
