+ -1 moreIt didn't go at all. We were told that the permit had been submitted and was just waiting for signatures. After three weeks of waiting, we contacted the town hall and found that no permit had ever been requested for our property let alone waiting for signatures. We are now in the process of trying to get our deposit money returned to us, but the outlook is dim. The contractor also told us he was licensed and according to the consumer bureau of the State of Connecticut they have no record of him at all. Estimated cost was $38,000.
Description of Work: It was supposed to be for a breezeway, roofing and two car garage.
