WHITE GLOVE CLEANING

Each time they come out they have a different crew of young kids that appear to be in training. The strip and wax job were horrible. They didn't rinse the floors well enough after applying the stripper to the floors which led to yellowing of the white tiles as they applied wax over and sealed the stripper that wasn't removed into the floor. There is dirt and hair waxed into the floor as well telling me they did not clean the floors well during the process and instead of using nice thin layers of wax in multiple coats to ensure a consistent even layer of was they dumped the wax onto the floor and pushed it around with string mops which led to some areas having tons of wax and some with no wax at all. On top of that because of the way they applied the wax their are noticeable tracks in the wax on the tiles where you can see where the strings from the mops traveled and also lots of uneven bumps in the higher areas of wax. If I had to make an educated assumption about this company I would say they don't know how to strip and wax a floor. At very least that all their employees are in training. As well as the person that appeared to be the one in charge getting loud and vulgar in front of my wife. They are not professional in any sense of the word and I would stay away from them. They charge a premium for sub par performance.

I THINK THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE PROMPT AND DID NICE WORK. IT WAS JUST THE WAY THEY HANDLED MY FURNITURE WHEN THEY SHAMPOOED THE RUGS. THEY HAD TWO GUYS MOVING MY FURNITURE. IT WAS SNOWING OUT WHEN THEY CAME, SO THEY HAD REMOVED THEIR SHOES AT THE DOOR SO THEY WOULDN'T TRACK ANYTHING THROUGH THE HOUSE. I THOUGHT THAT WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL.
