Completely unprofessional!  Work was not well done and when we asked them to properly redo certain things (politely) he became enraged and stormed out!  Left job incomplete after insisting on almost full payment.  The amount we owed (maybe 5%) did not cover the cost of having someone come in to complete the work and correct the mistakes that they made.

The owner lives across our street. They came and did a competent job and I was very pleased with them. They didn’t charge too much. We have only positive things about them and they are fine. There were three to four people to do the work. I had lot of ice damage and there was considerable ice damage on the side of our house. They got some ladders and they did what they could. They connected the water line to the house and melted out the rest of it. They did a great job. I would rate them high overall because they got the job done and they charge so much. Their price was reasonable and there were no other quotes to compare with theirs. I didn’t check with anyone else about pricing. They were punctual and they came when they said they would.
