Gregory Landscaping maintains the grounds at my complex. Two years in a row the workers weed wacked all of my perennials that I planted alongside my condo. Last spring Jesse Gregory admitted responsibility and replaced the plants they killed. This year he is denying responsibility and refuses to replace them despite my numerous times contacting him and supporting pictures. Unfortunately it is the board and management company at the complex who have the final say in the companies that are hired and they are dismissing my complaints. You can see from the pic that the heartier bulbs on the sides of the picture grew back.

We concluded because they increased their prices in an exuberant manner. I thought the contract was good until for a year but they came back with a new proposal. In a week, from the time they submitted their proposal and they submitted a second proposal and it was even higher. They were professional and they seem to take pride in their work. I would say the biggest beat was their price. It was basically unexpected but in terms of their work, I don't have any complains with their work. Their pricing scheme is somewhat confusing or I don't think it's as open as it should be. I thought their business back is a little bit questionable.

Jesse is very knowledgeable and experienced. He sat down with my husband and I and explained the difference between grass seed and sod. He went over the cost difference between planting new grass seed compared to sod, the affects the time of year has on both, different fertilizing programs needed, and how watering too much or not enough can damage the lawn. Jesse started by taking out all the dead grass and what little grass we still had left after renovations. We used to get various puddles of water in the yard when it rained but since Jesse and his guys spread more soil and leveled the yard we haven't had any issues. Jesse comes regularly to fertilize the yard and it looks amazing. After many discussions my husband and I decided to go with sod. It was a little more expensive up front but we don't have to worry about doing any reseeding in the spring to thicken the lawn. Jesse did such a great job that our neighbor next door hired him to do the same type of work and his lawn also looks great.

From estimate to service delivery Jesse has been a professional, Job has entailed snow removal, walkway shoveling and sanding on an annual contractual basis. Price in the 2nd year has increased by 20%.

These guys are professionals. They move lawn furniture and don't cut corners with their service. They trim to your specifications. Are polite timely and quick to respond to your communications. Our yard looks like a picture when they are finished and that isn't easy to do when you live in the woods.
