+ -1 moreI called this company on Thursday, Sept. 15th at 8:15 a.m. to report that I had an issue with a stall shower where there was a leak in the wall flooding my basement, necessitating having to shut the water main off. I reached their answering service, who informed me that they would relay my message as soon as possible. At 10 a.m. when I still had not received a callback, I called again, again reaching their answering service, and again telling them that I had an emergency and needed someone to contact me ASAP. She was surprised that no one had called back and promised to page the plumber immediately. Once again, no one responded, so at noon I called for a THIRD time and stressed that I was without water and to please mark the call URGENT. At 2 p.m., I finally gave up and called other plumbers, but because so much time had been wasted, no one could help me until the next day. I never DID receive a call back from these people. They advertise SAME DAY SERVICE, but I guess they don't do small jobs anymore. I chose them because they were local and advertised a quick response.
