They came out and did there thing.  I paid them and they left.  They give me valuable advice. 

I called Peter on a Saturday expecting to get his voicemail so I could leave a message that I needed septic service (this was not an emergency).  I had neglected my septic system for about 8 years and wanted it checked out and pumped.  To my surprise, he answered and came over less than an hour later to check out the job.  He said he would start by the end of the week (Thursday) to do the job.  He actually did not come out until 11 days after his commitment.  I called 3 times to find out what was up and he told me every time that he had gotten behind due to weather.  It was understandable, but I would have expected at least one call during that time.  He ended up doing the job, seemed to do a great job and the final bill was quite a bit less than the estimate and totally reasonable.  Overall, Peter did a great job but normally I prefer a contractor who has office support and keep commitments and/or call and I am willing to pay for that.  In this case I will probably call Peter again now that I know him and understand how he operates.  He did a good job and price was great.
