Jessica called me this morning at 7:59. I was still in bed. I tried to make a lil small talk stating the cold, 10°, she completely ignored me. She gave me an appt for 2/92021. I asked for 5 min to speak to the doc sometime not immediately. She was rude in her delivery, I stated she was making me feel uncomfortable, that this is my beloved dog. She stating "covid is making there care difficult", her reasoning for be rude? She even hung up on me at the end of our conversation. Vet came highly recommended, I am now not sure what to do. If I can be treated badly on the phone can I trust them with my dog behind closed doors?

Having moved locally and had other animals in the past. This is our 5th area veterinarian. I wish I had known how great they were before--I would have traveled to come here. They are shockingly transparent and fair with pricing and VERY responsive in a pinch or emergency.

I called on 11/18/2013 to see if they would accept our two dogs for a teeth cleaning since our vet does not perform full dental care. I told them one of our dogs was having a problem with her teeth, they said they would take them and I thought that was great. I was hoping even to switch to them if things worked out well. My dogs were scheduled for a consult on 11/22 but then I was contacted on 11/20 to reschedule for 11/25 at 8:30am. At 7:30 am the day of the appointment they called to cancel the morning appointment due to an equine emergency and said we could possibly come in late in the day...if they had time. They called at 6pm to see if I could bring them in on 11/29. Since I had NO faith they would be able to see our dogs, I made a back up appointment at another place. When I told her the 29th would not work and I was afraid this would not work out today so I made a back up appointment somewhere else, she pretty much just hung up on me with no apology. I will never call them again! So I wasted over a week on these people.

This visit was a fairly routine procedure and the surgery went fine. Our little guy was up and about the next day. The staff kept me informed of his status while he was in their care and they are very helpful with any and all questions I have about his health. I have always been very satisfied with the care our puppy receives and the staff is very kind and patient with this new pet parent.

The staff are always very caring and professional. The facility is very clean and inviting. I always feel as though the staff is providing honest and complete information and they are always happy to answer any questions I have. The staff always seem to be up to date on the most recent research in terms of vaccines and veterinary care. They really seem to love the animals and are always happy to devote as much time as necessary during our appointment. I never feel rushed or unimportant even during times when the office seemed quite busy. They even went out of their way to call me and check in about a month after our appointment in regards to a small concern with one of our cats.

THEY ARE EXCELLENT. THEY HAVE TAKEN GOOD CARE OF MY DOG. THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE. THE STAFF IS VERY GOOD. MY DOG REALLY LIKES BEING THERE. SHE RUNS UP TO THEM.
