"Thank you for your review Mr. [Member Name Removed]. We wish you the best in finding a contractor who meets your needs and requests."
I have been using Rand W for the last 2 1/2 years for HVAC maintenance. My first experience with them was shortly after purchasing my house when the oil pump on my boiler stopped working and we lost hot water. I contacted them because the previous owners had used them and didn't have many options at the time. Having provided service for the previous owners they had all the history on what had been done (and more importantly what maintenance the previous owners had neglected). I have used them ever since for annual boiler cleanings and maintenance. The previous owners used the A/C heavily (when we bought the house the window screens were not installed) so we felt I was a good idea to have the units serviced. They were on-time and professional as always. Job took around an hour from start to finish and he technician verified that everything worked prior to leaving.
See above.
"The price of $153.70 was our regular rate at the time, however there was a state program running - Clean, Test, and Tune - that provided funding for homeowners to have their annual maintenance performed. With this program, the maintenance only cost $75 plus tax, until funds were no longer available. Regardless of how soon in advance any customer were to schedule their appointment, unfortunately, we had no control over when funds would run out, nor was there any way of knowing when they would run out. While every customer was told about the program and given the special pricing of $75 plus tax, we also made sure customers knew there were limited funds and the price could change at any time."
