As Winter turned to Spring, and Sam's larger projects ramped up, he made sure to keep progress going on my relatively small project. I can't stress enough how much I appreciated this. Even if it meant a couple of hours late in the day, or working a Saturday, Sam made sure my project got finished.
When he arrived with an entire truckload of granite, which I didn't care for aesthetically, Sam loaded everything back on the truck and returned with field stone. No big deal - my satisfaction was what mattered.
The masonry work they performed (refacing my ugly concrete stoop with field stone) is breathtakingly beautiful, and Sam made sure to put me in touch with a knowledgeable tradesman who could install my hand railings correctly. Sam brings years of experience and skill to a project, which enables him to resolve any problem that may arise with expertise, which is very important to me when working with a contractor. Being left in the lurch to find someone else to correct an issue is never good.
The gentlemen on his crew are kind and hard working. They are all good natured, and were very responsive to my questions and concerns. When I commented on how they all seem to be yelling at each other, they laughed and said 'This is just how we talk!'
I highly recommend Sam to any homeowner looking to beautify their property with any type of concrete or stone work.
