There was a minor quality issue, and the company fixed it in a quick and courteous manner. The shut-off valves for a bathroom sink were of low quality and we noticed a small drip from one of these valves within days. When we mentioned this to Mr. Piersall, he quickly sent over a representative to replace them with better-quality equipment.
Overall, we appreciate Mr. Piersall's professionalism and look forward to hiring his company in the future. Prior to the large-scale replacement of our copper pipes, his company had done smaller emergency repairs to these pipes, which often involved working in tight, uncomfortable conditions underneath the elevated house. The response to these emergency situations has always been quick and efficient, and we are grateful for the work he has done.
