Took roughly 10 months (from event occurring to final payment). Claim was paid incrementally over time to cover tree removal and related equipment damage. Peerless is a sub of Liberty Mutual and apparently has little experience with pool damage, resulting in a lengthy claims process. In fairness to them, it was our first experience with a tree falling on our pool equipment. Ultimately a mutually agreed settlement was reached.
