he hoped he would get paid because FJB has a history of not paying their
sub contractors. The job he did was not the job I contracted for and I
told him I would contact the BBB (which I did). Apparently the BBB has a poor
rating of this company as well because they do not respond to complaints. Nor
did they respond to my complaint. (What a surprise)
I could not fault the sub contractor because he showed me the work order he got
from David Brocius the sub parr "broker" of the deal. This is the most dishonest
company I have dealt with in 30 years of home ownership.
They returned when we had a gutter clog (warranty was for this problem is in writing) in the first month.
When we called AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN, they told us they would come (with a charge each time)
and they never showed up or called.
Because the birds kept making nests in the gutters, caused by incorrect installation, and we started
experiencing damage to our home, we had to have the gutter caps removed at our own expense.
When we asked the state to get involved, they THEN called. FIVE YEARS after first installation.
The address given is not their correct address. We went there and the unit listed is used by another company.
Still require service and because of non-responsiveness, have had to pay twice more for service from another company. $200 more to someone else.
Still require service and the company does not respond even when we agreed to pay again.
Birds make nests in one section and we cannot determine if the company (FJB) forgot to install a piece that would fix this problem.
The gutters are on a two story house, and we cannot get up to have a look ourselves.
Have been present when the other company removed a LOT of debris from nesting on two occasions.
I have kept a precise record of calls to the 1-800 number provided.
According to their advertising, this is the kind of problem this system was suppose to solve.
We would not recommend anyone use this company as they do not service their product.
