Came a day later than anticipated but work was done promptly. Repaired floor came out great. There were a couple or areas where the boards needed a bit more sanding or replacing. I wished he had said something prior to applying the urethane because I would have paid more to have him replace those boards also.
Floors came out beautiful. I gave a B for quality because I think if he would have either sanded these particular boards more or replaced them the floor would have been better; there are a few areas where the finish was a bit uneven but only noticeable in certain light and if you're looking for them.
Overall very satisfied with the work and will use him again if I decide to get the upstairs floors done.
