Very responsive to phone calls, promptly came out to assess my floors and give me an estimate.  Needed repairs on the old oak flooring in the dining room and sanding/refinishing of the parquet floor in the kitchen and pine floors in the living room.  Estimate was reasonable for what I needed done, though he wasn't interested in staining the parquet floor in the kitchen.  So I had him sand that and then I stained and applied the urethane (he supplied both stain and urethane for that).
Came a day later than anticipated but work was done promptly.  Repaired floor came out great.  There were a couple or areas where the boards needed a bit more sanding or replacing.  I wished he had said something prior to applying the urethane because I would have paid more to have him replace those boards also.
Floors came out beautiful.  I gave a B for quality because I think if he would have either sanded these particular boards more or replaced them the floor would have been better; there are a few areas where the finish was a bit uneven but only noticeable in certain light and if you're looking for them.
Overall very satisfied with the work and will use him again if I decide to get the upstairs floors done.
