Deja Vu Hardwood Flooring

Very responsive to phone calls, promptly came out to assess my floors and give me an estimate. Needed repairs on the old oak flooring in the dining room and sanding/refinishing of the parquet floor in the kitchen and pine floors in the living room. Estimate was reasonable for what I needed done, though he wasn't interested in staining the parquet floor in the kitchen. So I had him sand that and then I stained and applied the urethane (he supplied both stain and urethane for that). Came a day later than anticipated but work was done promptly. Repaired floor came out great. There were a couple or areas where the boards needed a bit more sanding or replacing. I wished he had said something prior to applying the urethane because I would have paid more to have him replace those boards also. Floors came out beautiful. I gave a B for quality because I think if he would have either sanded these particular boards more or replaced them the floor would have been better; there are a few areas where the finish was a bit uneven but only noticeable in certain light and if you're looking for them. Overall very satisfied with the work and will use him again if I decide to get the upstairs floors done.
