Stan and his team came in, did all the work, and followed up to ensure everything was working as expected when we hired him to replace our failing furnace. Before scheduling the installation, he talked us through options, and actually recommended a unit that would save us money as opposed to trying to up-sell us into something more expensive. We plan to use AMS for all our Heating/Cooling needs in the future.

Stan called immediately and I like his responsiveness. The tech was amicable and also provided some education as I tend to service my own furnace. I was a bit surprised at the price, the distance traveled was factored in; however, I wish I had known that in advance. I had the same item fix about 7yrs ago and paid 75% less thatâ s back when Sears was making house calls.

We recently had to have our boiler replaced on the coldest week of the year (to date). AMS had the boiler shipped in less than 24 hours and worked tirelessly to make sure the install was completed that day so we d have heat. My gas furnace went out on Saturday. Called AMC and they got right back to me and sent out a technician. The technicain diagnosed the problem, but it was a bad motor and he did not have a replacement on hand. So, he needed to complete the work on Monday. They took of the issue promptly on Monday. They replaced the motor and determined that it was covered under warranty, which saved me a significant amount of money. I dealt with Martin and Stan. Nice guys.

Called to have a whole house humidifier installed in our hot air heat system. I am very fussy and worked as a plumbers apprentice years back when I first got out of school. Two brothers own and operate this company and they take pride in their workmanship. They were prompt, courteous, clean and completed the work above and beyond what I expected. These are my new HVAC go to guys.

I found water in my basement and was stressed all day unsure about where it was coming from or who to contact. I went on HomeAdvisor around 9pm and started searching and within 5 minutes someone had contacted me and set up an appointment to be at my condo the next morning. He came and was in and out quickly and fixed the issue.

Had water in basement which I was pretty sure from the condensation pump. I tried making appt with company that installed the a/c but they said a 2 week wait. Went on Angie s list and found AMS who said they were also booked but would try and squeeze me in at end of day if service calls were short. Called back at 4 PM and said a technician would be over. Martin was the tech and extremely courteous and found the problem. It was the condensation pump and needed to be cleaned of blockage. He was in an done within 35 minutes. Fantastic customer service. Pretty sure I spoke with owner originally so both the owner and technician are 5 star in my book.

Great experience from beginning to end. Stan reached out to me very promptly after I submitted my request via Home Advisor and got me scheduled asap. The morning of the appointment I received a phone call that Martin would be at my home at 9:00 am and he was. Martin was very helpful and thorough in trying to fix my heating and attic fan problem. Answered all questions I had and gave me different recommendations to address the issues I was having along with different price points. Should I have any future issues I will definitely be reaching out to this company. Personable, informative, punctual, and reasonably priced.
