Jack arrived exactly on time. He was very careful when going in and out of the house and cellar performing his work when he saw that I had house cats. I am a recent widow and in the dark about the mechanics of the house. I have an older home and furnace so after completing his job, he took quite a bit of extra time thoroughly explaining to me what type of furnace that I had, how to bleed the radiators (offered to bleed them that day for me) and advised me of the condition of the oil tanks and heating system assuring me that everything was okay. He could have tried to sell me something I don't need but he didn't. I inquired about the replacement of an older water heater with a tankless model. He explained in detail how they work and how much I could save but then advised that unless I would be staying in the house a certain number of years, the job would not be cost effective. I found him to be a very honest and competent individual that very fairly prices his work.
