Bill answered our call on a Saturday and came over that same day. He stabilized the problem so we could use the fridge, ordered a part and came back to install it the following week. He was very professional and really knows Subzero fridge/freezers well.

Other companies were not available for a week or just didnâ t respond in a timely manner. Riverside replied within an hour and was able to come out within a few hours. He called 15 minutes prior to arrival. He was able to fix the issue with our washing machine in about an hour at a very reasonable price. He also offered tips for future maintenance as well as checking out our fridge which wasnâ t initially part of the service call. I highly recommend Riverside for any appliance issues.

One man operation who was very experienced in fixing refrigerators and freezers. He showed up same day we spoke about my appliance problems. He diagnosed the problems and gave me the quote to repair both appliances, which was the final cost. He returned within a few days (over weekend) and promptly repaired the appliances. When work was completed, I hired him for additional work for a washer machine.
