 + -1 moreI FOUND THAT GREENWICH FLOORING WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL FROM THE MOMENT THEY CAME TO TAKE MEASUREMENTS. THEY MEASURED EVERY AREA THOROUGHLY AND POINTED OUT THE DIFFICULTY MATCHING THE PATTERNS AROUND THE CORNERS AS WELL AS MAKING SURE WE WERE IN AGREEMENT TOTALLY ABOUT THE WIDTH OF THE RUNNERS GOING DOWN BOTH THE FRONT STAIRCASE AND THE BACK ENTRANCE TO THE KITCHEN. THEY OFFERED TO AT NO EXTRA COST, REMOVE THE SMALL WOOD TRIMMING THAT HAD FINISHED OFF OUR WOOD FLOORS THAT WERE IN THE UPSTAIRS HALLWAYS AND EXPLAINED HOW THE CARPET WILL FLOP OVER IF STAND UP FUNNY IF WE DIDN'T REMOVE THE WOOD TRIMMING BEFORE INSTALLATION. THE SHOWED UP ON TIME AND CALLED AHEAD THE DAY BEFORE TO CONFIRM THAT WE WOULD BE THERE TO LET THEM IN. THEY WERE CAREFUL TO LAY DOWN PAINTERS MAT'S ON THE FLOORS AND AREAS THAT THEY WOULD BE COMING IN AND OUT WITH DIRTY SHOES. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE WORKERS THAT THEY DIDN'T STAND AROUND AND WASTE TIME SO TO SPEAK. THEY REMOVED ALL THE MATERIALS SO WE DIDN'T HAVE TO.
Description of Work: GREENWICH FLOORING CAME TO MY HOUSE AND RIPPED UP THE OLD CARPET IN THE BASEMENT AND REPLACED IT WITH WALL TO WALL CARPETING WITH A BASEBALL PATTERN IN IT INCLUDING THE TWO CLOSETS IN THE SAME AREA. THEN THEY TOOK OUT THE OLD CARPET RUNNER FROM THE FRONT STAIRS OFF THE ENTRANCE AND REPLACED IT WITH A NEW RUNNER PATTERN. THEN THEY COVERED OUR CURRENT WOOD FLOOR HALLWAYS UPSTAIRS WITH WALL TO WALL BEIGE CARPETING THROUGHOUT OUT THE UPSTAIRS AND TOOK OFF THE SMALL MOLDING ALONG THE WALLS. FINALLY THEY INSTALLED A RUNNER FROM THE BACK STAIRS LEADING TO THE KITCHEN WITH A PATTERNED LATTICE WORK CARPET RUNNER.
