 + -1 moreArchitect did not meet contractual commitments, failed to deliver plans when promised, failed to provide construction estimates, unable to meet promised timelines, was consistently late for meetings and unresponsive to emails and calls. Generally was not able to work to stated construction budget leading to high cost bids and costly delays.
Description of Work: Plans for kitchen/family room renovation.
