Very good overall. Tom showed up exactly on time, didn't waste a moment and went right to work after explaining what he'd be doing. He finished, I signed a paper and paid, done deal. It was pricier than other quotes for the same job, but not having to worry about the quality of work was worth it. The others were not as thorough in explaining what actually needed to be done and didn't take as much time to assess the job.

The company dispatched a plumber promptly (same day as call). He diagnosed the leak source and told me the copper pipes were old and should be replaced. That was reasonable--we okayed replacement. He then removed the pipes, brought them to his van and returned with new PVC pipes which he installed. The new pipes are fine and water-tight. At no time did the plumber ask permission to take the copper with him. Only after he left did we realize he would sell the old, pure copper pipes for a nice penny. We could have used that money to offset the cost of the plumbing job.

The leaks were discovered on Wednesday and about an hour after we called, the contractor arrived. He explained the choices among available types of systems that would best serve our family's hot water needs. The leaks were slow but the tank could not be repaired. He scheduled the work for the following Monday morning, between 8:30 am and 9 am. The contractor arrived just before 9 am on Monday. Removed the old system and installed the new system, which required the rerouting of a few pipes; tested the installation and made sure it worked properly. The work was completed satisfactorily by 11:40 am. The contractor was courteous and friendly and gave us useful suggestions on saving energy using the control settings. The work was very professionaly done and neat. This was the first time we used this contractor and we are extremely pleased with the high quality of their work. The price was high but comparable with others in our area. Very good job.

They responded very quickly to our call. Came and replaced two toilets in a matter of two days. They knew we were having company for the weekend and adjusted their schedule to make this happen. Very professional. Great job!

The actual work went fairly well. After they had finished, I inspected before they left and found they had installed the wrong valves because of some miscommunication. They realized the error and redid all the work they just had done without any complaints. Very professional people. They also gave me a very fair price on the water treatment system, which I will have done later on.

THE EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN GOOD. I HAVE BEEN USING THEM OVER AND OVER, AND I LIKE THEM. THE PEOPLE WHO DO THE WORK ARE FINE BECAUSE THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY.
