+ 1 moreDescription of Work: Santini was hired to put in a new front door. He didn't do that correctly. We extended the contract to include a new hardwood floor and new support for the floor for our family room. He brought over a guy with a back hoe and dug out the family room foundation, he then stopped all work and walked away with our money. We can't recommend him.

+ -1 moreWe needed a new floor and kitchen ceiling. We also needed a new front door. When we ordered the door , the lumberyard counter man recommended Santini. The up shot is that the front door was poorly installed and the kitchen ceiling wasn't complete and the floor was never started. He never reurned our emails or calls.
Description of Work: Chris Santini never followed up on his contracts. He never did the job.
