My biggest issue was when they had cut down trees in the neighbor's yard and then dumped the mulch on the side of our driveway where we were trying to grow grass! I went outside and told them not to dump any more since we were trying to grow grass. I had to leave that afternoon and when I came back - more mulch! I wrote and called and asked them to remove the mulch, but they never did. At this point, I had given up and decided to find another company.
