New Beginnings Landscaping, LLC is a family owned, full service landscaping company. We have been providing quality landscapes since 1995. We have a qualified staff of designers and experienced masons and landscapers to serve all your landscaping needs. We take pride in the creativity of our designs and the quality of the work we do. We have created and maintained many beautiful landscapes over the years and we are passionate about the work we do.

"This homeowner was aware the the estimate they were given was just that, an estimate. It was made clear to them that it is difficult to estimate exactly how long it would take to clean up this property since it was a mess and had not been cleaned up in years. They knew that he would be billed for the exact amount of time it took our employees to do the clean up and this was clearly stated on their proposal (which I would happily post on this site but there is no place for me to do so). There was nothing sinister about any correspondence, the homeowner was upset about the bill and we explained the situation and the reason for the bill clearly, pointing out the clearness of our billing procedures on our proposal. The property looked better than ever when we left, if they only wanted us to do the exact hours estimated on the estimate (and leave his property only half cleaned up) they needed to specifically tell us before we started the job not after we did the job and paid our employees for the time they were there, which was an option. We have serviced thousands of people in our 16 years in business and this is our first and only review on Angie's List, which ironically was brought to our attention by a propspective client who used our services anyway because we had so many positive word of mouth referrals. They are very happy with our company and the job we did and we will be asking them to post a review for us (we just finshed their project last week). We had not heard of Angie's List prior to this, but now we have to get all our of clients to give us glowing reveiws to counteract this one negative one, otherwise we are stuck with this awful grade because of this one homeowner. It is unfortunate that all the other extremely satisfied clients we have had over the years cannot reveiw our company without joining Angie's List."
