Made the appointment a few days ahead. Brought the vehicle in during the morning and they were ready for us. Called within an hour with an estimate. Ready for pickup the same day. Quality of work was fine, professional staff, well-run operation.

They do good car repair and maintenance. They don't do unnecessary things. They are very thorough and I've never had to take something back after they've repaired it. They are reasonable. The quality of service is fine. Sometimes I have to wait to get an appointment.

Had automobile towed there because water kept running out of engine. Thought the water pump was bad. They called me to report it was only the hot water valve in my 2000 Saab 95. They fixed it in one day and charged less than I expected. They were courteous and helpful in every way.
