The floors look great! But, the new cable tv hook up didn't work. I bought cable and tested it before the job was started but when they were finished...no cable signal. This is a problem because I now have no tv, internet or phone. When I told my contractor (LFC&M) he told me he wasn't responsible and I should have hired an expert that specialized in these things! I responded that I thought as the contractor, he was the expert and should have advised me to get an electrician instead of agreeing to do the job. He then sent me an insulting fax accusing me of being "heartless" and wanting free work! I was, and still am beyond words for how this service professional treated a customer with whom he had a previously good experience. Furthermore, I told the contractor that I thought we could work things out because I was more interested in a solution than adding to the problem. But this guy became immediately defensive and unwilling to find a compromise.
Response from LFA 11 LLC
"I've worked for over 350 homeowners, this guy was the absolute worst -irresponsible,argumentative,& very cheap.Tried to make me responsible for cable, etc. wires he installed-I had nothing to do with,I showed him our legal contract where it states plainly the items I will do & I & my workers did all of them completely.I had to argue with him to get my last payment. Would definitely say he is the worst customer EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
