Terrible. The work was of poor quality/damage and needed to be fixed by me repeatedly. Poor communication unless they were asking for money. We've been paid in full for months and they haven't finished the job and have stopped communicating. The most unprofessional contractor experience we have had.

I was very happy with the service that Drain Surgeon Plumbing and Heating provided.  They showed up when they said they would. They quoted me a price ahead of time. They wore shoe covers to protect my carpet, and cleaned up afterward.  I will definitely call them in the future.

We found water all over the ground and saw the leak was coming from the plumbing around the furnace.  We called Drain Surgeon and spoke with Diane - she sent Bobby out to the house.  Bobby found the leak, repaired it and made sure everything was working properly before leaving.   We have used the Drain Surgeon several times now and have never been disappointed.  It's hard to find good service and repair companies that are prompt and thorough - Drain Surgeon is one of them.

We are very pleased with our new soft water system. They did a thorough job of installing the system and we haven't had any problems at all since the system was installed. We did receive quotes from several different companies and the reason why we chose them was because I felt as though I could trust their work and they offered us a great price.

THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, ACCOMMODATING AND FRIENDLY. HE TAKES HIS TIME TO EXPLAIN A PLUMBING ISSUE. HE DOESN'T JUST TELL ME. HE TAKES ME TO THE AREA AND SHOWS ME WHAT HE IS DOING. I THINK THAT IS SHOWING HIS KNOWLEDGE OF HIS CRAFT.
