ANDY'S ROOFING

They estimated about $11500 for the new roof but with the weather, I haven't done anything. Also, I am waiting on a better quote from them. I have had a number of leaks that they have fixed in the past and they were very responsive. The price has been reasonable.

Won't know results until the next torrential downpour, but anticipate that our leakage problem is finally fixed. Andy and his crews instill confidence. They were polite, cleaned up after their work, left the worksite each day in this multi-day effort in a tidy state of affairs. Although Andy was not in any sense a and quot;Primeand quot; contractor, he did keep an eye on the other contractors work as all needed to come together effectively for an acceptable end product and again, we were left with confidence that all was well at the end.
As often happens in such a remedial situation like this, the project fount other, related problems not reasonably knowable in an initial quote situation like this, but Andy was up front, outlined options (including leaving the and quot;discoveriesand quot; alone and working around them) and pulled no punches in handling them and their pricing fairly and without pressuring us to go one way or another - very professional. Actually, since starting this review, there have been rainy episodes and even Hurricane Sandy (which was more wind than rain), but so far (knock on wood) so good in terms of no signs of leak recurrance.
Can't say enough good things about this and for sure if we have further roofing problems, I'm sure Andy and his crew will stand behind their work.
