I worked with John and he was always very pleasant. They did some irrigation repairs which seemed to go well. However, I needed some new drip line installed. Dennis came out and provided a quote which was 50% higher than I was advised it would be. I called to just get more information on the breakdown of the quote and Dennis beyond unprofessional. He told me the quote was a few hundred more so what's the big deal he has to make money its not like this is a $30k job. I told him I am a repeat customer and he told me he is a repeat customer at the gas station. I told him I was surprised that him and John represent the same company because of how abrasive and unprofessional he was being towards me for trying to get more details on the quote. He told me to go somewhere else and hung up that he wasn't going to deal with someone nickel and diming him. It's concerning that he said he was the owner and this is how he views customers......... buyer beware.......

I used this company last year for my irrigation needs. After they opened my system in the spring I was informed that 8 rotary heads had been damaged (and were leaking) from the core aeration I had done and would need to be replaced. They gave an estimate of almost $800 to do the work. I called another company to look and he said the heads were not damaged (he made a good point, if the core aerator had hit the heads they would have visible damage. There was no damage to the heads). He did say one seal was leaking and replaced the head (for $42). So American Irrigation not only said I needed to replace 7 heads that didn't need replacing, they were also going to charge me over 2x what it would cost from another vendor. The parts cost ~$8. So to install it and adjust it (a roughly 5 minute process) would run ~$92? That is crazy. Needless to say they will not be taking care of my sprinkler system in the future.

American Irrigation Systems works very nicely. I'll probably have them come back out again as well. The experience was good. Last contact with them because they did most of the work when I wasn't around and I didn't talk to the guys as much because he was kind of coordinate a little bit through Dan but the product ended up being really nice. They were responsive and professional. I liked the way that worked out. I had them out to winterize the system and then I'll probably have them out again to reactivate it depending on what that entails, I'm not sure if I'll do it myself or I'll have them come out.

We worked with american irrigation and every time they serviced our
irrigation system we were over charged for services we did not approve.
Also their billing department is a disaster and they charge your credit
card at minimum 6 months later. They appear to be very disorganized and
frankly irresponsible.

They were great. When I had a problem, they came back right away and fixed it. They were very friendly. They were on time and they did what they said they were going to do. They were very professional. I would recommend them. I liked them. They were punctual. Overall, they were fine. I would use them again in the future.

His follow is great and his service is excellent. He is just very knowledgeable. I would recommend him to others and use him again in the future.
