I tried calling others septic contractors but they never came by. I realize I was in a rocky area and that would be difficult and expensive. I called Randall Brown from absolute septic and my problem with all those issues were resolved at a reasonable price. Not only did Randall installed the septic he went beyond the call of doing his job professionally. Even the town health inspector told me you hired a great guy whose has family and treat you like family. He explained every step of the way. Even after the job was done he called to make sure everything is working correctly. Randall works hard and it shows in his work. I recommend anyone to use his company with a piece of mind knowing that itâ s going to get done correctly and with a timely manner

Randall Brown provided excellent and high quality same-day service to find a break in my waste line to the septic tank, make the repair, and put the system back into service. He was knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. I recommend him highly.

Randall came to confirm that he tank was leaking. He replaced the tank with the speed required to meet tough schedule of selling the house. The work was done with precision and technical knowledge.

Randall called ASAP to find out about our problem. He spent time asking lots of questions to figure out how he could help but determined that we needed a plumber instead. He forwarded the contact info for his plumber. Appreciate his time, due diligence and honesty. If we need septic work going forward, will certainly contact him.

Called for two tanks to be empty. R&R scheduled a visit within 3 days. Arrived on time. Worked until job was done. At least 20% cheaper than the other bids I received. Very pleased.

My septic tank needed to be replaced. Randall was very pleasant and easy to work with, and he was thorough in examining my septic system and in explaining everything to me. His price was reasonable, too. After they installed the new tank, they did a nice job of leveling off the ground so now my lawn-care service can reseed the area. I would absolutely recommend them.

R&R provide such a high quality of work and unparalleled customer service -- I wish all service providers were of this caliber. They are professional, thorough, on time, friendly and easy to work with. My husband and I worked mostly with Randall, and he explained everything patiently & in laymen's terms while not being condescending (which I have seen in other service people). He honestly seemed to genuinely care about resolving our septic back-up issue and worked steadily and doggedly until it was all done (almost until dark). Through all of it he was polite, a good listener and a great communicator. I feel so lucky to have found R&R, and now we are "set" with knowing we have a reliable, high quality septic provider for years to come.
