The old oven was removed with no problems. New one was hooked up to electric. The wall oven cabinet was broken when they tried to install the oven into it. The new oven was left sitting on the kitchen floor, useless. They blamed the original installer for not installing cabinet correctly, though original installation went without breakage. It did not get broken until E Brian attempted to install new one incorrectly.

Rebuilt an antique outdoor electric lantern that I was going to replace with a new (cheap) one.  He convinced me that the antique lamp was worth rebuilding at approximately the same price as installing a new, cheap one.  It took him about 1.5 hours to do the job and I was very pleased to have the lantern restored to its original condition (solid antique copper, heavy glass, electric lantern). It was particularly satisfying because the lantern was handmade by a metal-working craftsman in my family, and I will now will it to one of my heirs.

They were fantastic.  They came in and were very professional.  They did what they needed to do and they didn't leave any mess behind.  They were very reasonably priced.  They were also very friendly, very personable and did a really good job.
