KING OF POOLS INC

The generator was defective/or installed incorrectly. We asked for help from them for 10 weeks. We were just sold more and more $$ of chemicals. They promised on 3 occasions to look at the pool that had turned green. They never showed up and stopped returning our calls. We finally got a hold of the generators rep in our area and he had to install a new board and cell. KOP's never bothered to educate themselves on the product and finally told us once its sold we were on our own, that don't service the product. They offered and promised to install a rack for the solar panels and 10 weeks later told us they were just to busy to do it. When I would bring in a water sample, I would get four different answers from 4 different salespeople about what the problem could be, very poor training on their part. We have been hurt financially and emotionally and don't want others to get hurt. There have been many online complaints regarding their professionalism. The staff at KOP is suspect. One installer who was at our house last year conned me out of cash for some work done stating it was "not covered" by KOP. He was fired, and of course rehired this year with a promise from KOP that he would not be allowed in our yard. He showed up for the installation of our new pool cover and holder. We were totally mislead regarding the ease of using the pool holder arm. Buyer beware.
