My stylist Julie Parquette, was not only prompt for our appointment, but early! She was wonderfully warm, and professional, and really listened to exactly how I wanted the end result of our session to look, and went above and beyond to make sure I was leaving with the exact look that I wanted; the color of the high-lites is exquisite. She also styled my hair with a certain product, which I then wanted to buy, and when the salon happened to not have any in stock, Julie personally offered to pick me up some from somewhere else and had it for me the next day! I have paid almost three times as much for a color and cut in West Hartford, and Julie's work and the salon's services were as good or better, for a much lower price. Not only was my stylist terrific, but the rest of the staff seemed great as well. The receptionist was incredibly (and genuinely!) cheerful, pleasant and helpful, and the salon's atmosphere was extremely comfortable on the whole. I am planning on going back to this salon for all of my future hair styling needs needs, and I cannot recommend Julie, and Elan, enough! We are lucky to have this salon in the Putnam Area.
