+ -1 moreThe contractor had to accommodate a 93 year old senior citizen who normally used the bathroom being remodeled. Everything worked out very well. The finished bathroom has been raved about by all those who have seen it.
Description of Work: Remodel master bathroom. Remove old loose tile, old sink, plumbing and toilet. Installed tile board, new ceramic tile, new vanity and sink, new washer less 1/2 turn faucet and reconnected plumbing. Installed similar new faucet in second bathroom. At no extra cost, replaced the old (50 years) toilet with a new toilet rather than fixing flushing hardware in old toilet and also painted the old radiator. The job was initially estimated at $1600 and the final cost, including the extras, was $1588.99.
