We had actually used Apex for our water heater last week. Carlos was outstanding. We are so lucky to have found Apex because we subsequently had some old pipes crack up in the ceiling and soffit. Carlos and Anthony fixed everything. They are so knowledgeable, professional, courteous, kind, and reasonable, too. We highly recommend them to everyone.

My waterheater started leaking on July 4. I went on Home Advisor at 6:30AM that morning and had a phone call from Apex within minutes. Charles and his helper were at my house several hours later with a new waterheater. They completed the job in about 90 minutes. Definitely will call them when I need more plumbing and/or furnace work. Good people!

Carlos is a professional and it's seen in his work. Completed the items I asked him to and he also pointed out a few pending issues I had. Asked him to fix those too and they were done in no time. I've found my permanent plumber.

He called immediately, scoped the job and recommended a new toilet, He offered to purchase it "at cost", called us when it arrived and installed it in a timely fashion. The price was very competitive and the workmanship was excellent.

They came when they said they would, were able to complete the job in a professional manner in a timely manner, very courteous, informative, and Carlos is a true artisan in the plumbing field. Their fees were very reasonable, and I would HIGHLY recommend Apex to everyone and anyone. We have several more plumbing projects waiting in the wings, and I will adjust our schedule to ensure that Carlos and Miguel will be available!
