Did not put the trim around the doors level and neatly. Did not use level ( as I asked him about it when he was installing them). Never provided a bill when asked. Asked him to come fix it, he stated " fix it yourself." Asked him to give me receipt for materials - never was provided. He might be useful for plastering as that was done well, but not for jobs that require detail. The price was fair when compared to others. Would not hire again. Does not guarantee his work.

Very professional throughout. The work looks good from the street (as I am not going to go on the roof to inspect). He took his time to explain what he did which was extensive, and offered to come back if there were any ensuing problems.
