We bought our home in September of 2021 , which was only contingent on the furnace being serviced and cleaned out since we knew it was older.. we were told it was cleaned by this company and bought the home. 2 days before Christmas our furnace started to puff out black soot and smoke into our home due to it being SO FULL it could no longer vent out. We were displaced from our brand new home for a MONTH while it was cleaned out. When I contacted T&S to ask about this, I was told by Barbie that she would look into it and let me know who cleaned the furnace. 2 weeks later no response still, so I call back and am told that they did clean it and there’s nothing else they can do. When I asked for a manager she said she was the manager. I told her she was very unprofessional and should care more about her clients. All she had to say was she was going to hang up on me now. NICE job, signing off on a cleaning that was NOT done - I have proof of this - and they don’t care at all. Way to go Barbie and Jeff - I hope you get diarrhea.

"T&S was hired to brush/vacuum the boiler and service the burner by the original homeowner and not by [Member Name Removed] The cleaning was performed by a T&S technician on August 30, 2021. Our technician indicated the boiler was 32 years old and functioning. We have the signed service order from the original homeowner, on the boiler there is a ticket indicating the date, what service was performed and initialed by the service technician. Anything mechanical is subject to fail at any point especially a boiler that is 32 years old. It was an unfortunate incident that happened to the [Member Name Removed]'s family. In this industry a puff back (soot) from a boiler does occur as a result of a plugged boiler. There are so many variables that could cause the boiler to become plugged, did the oil level in the oil tank get very low causing a plugged nozzle or any other component becoming plugged, did a part malfunction, etc. and anyone in this business would agree that this could and does happen. T&S did not hear about the incident until March 2,2022 when [Member Name Removed] called the office and spoke to me, Barbie. I question why T&S never received a phone call when the incident happened 2 days before Christmas 2021. On March 15,2022 I received another call from [Member Name Removed] where I told her I had looked into the matter and that the cleaning/service was performed with a signed service order from the original homeowner. She began to make accusations that our company was trying to cover up something, began to raise her voice and become combative, I told her that I did not deserve to be spoken to in this way and I'm going to hang up." [Member Name Removed] then used vulgar language and hung up the phone on me. T&S has been in business for 22 years, takes pride in the service our employees perform, our business ethics and the reputation we have built as a reputable company over the years. It is our practice to always provide the best quality of service and we will defend our reputation when someone makes false claims against the company."

On morning of the snow storm one of my furnace valves began gushing water. Called Mike Jordan who talked me through how to shut the valve off temporarily and also arranged to send Geoff (furnace tech) over. Geoff arrived couple hrs later to replace the valve. Everything working fine now.

They are absolutely terrific. Our building inspector came and told us he'd be proud to put his name on the work that T and S did for us. They were easy to work with, and responsive to our needs. Those who came out kept everything professional. I'd highly recommend their services.

They always say exactly when they are going to come. They are reasonably priced. They are courteous. I have been really pleased with their service. They are all local people. I like them, so that's why I am with them. I called them on New Year's Day, last year because my furnace wouldn't start and they came. They did it within less than an hour. Their prices are better than I was using before them. There were absolutely no mess left or anything and the furnace was just purring. There was no electricity here last week and the owner was constantly in touch because they couldn't come out to do the work, so they scheduled it for the next day.

I got several quotes to heat the basement and went with the cheapest alternative. T and J was proposing a heating/cooling unit which I might have purchased if I wasn't going to sell the house soon.
