 + -1 moreIt went very well ordering the steps. There was a hitch in that Portland said it couldn't put the steps in place because of the location, getting around some trees. I had to find another contractor who would remove the steps from Portland's truck and move them to the spot they needed to go. In doing that, they wouldn't guarantee the product I purchased if the other contractor damaged them. Fortunately, all went well, and the steps look very nice. Portland also provided and installed iron railings on each side of the steps.
Description of Work: Provided precast front replacement steps for an apartment/

 + -1 moreShowed up on time,took extra care in all work,was able to get insurance to pay for most of chimney repair,also followed up on everything. would highly recommend him.
Description of Work: put in flag stone walk way, also relined chimney and reset and leveled sealed back patio.
